Collection of informations at videoscreening.net happens within the frame of the existing legislation.

Registration of new user:

When you create a user account at videoscreening.net, your data will be registred and storaged. In this connection, SEEKNSPEAK A/S as a data controller processes the informations (name, email, phone number) you that you have typed into the system.

We follow your activities at the platform (cookies) so as to be able to show you relevant data, and to give you the best possible user experience. The informations are accesable for SEEKNSPEAK A/S only.

Application for a job and participation in video screenings:
When you apply for a job at videoscreening.net platform, SEEKNSPEAK A/S as a data controller store your informations for the hiring company.

The hiring company decides which informations a job should be applied with. This might be video, CV, written application, examples on former assignments, etc. You are supposed to only give in informations relevant to the job profile, and only the informations that are asked for in the job post. When you as a user apply for a position and upload a CV and/or participate in a video screening, the company receiving your application is the data responsible instance for these informations.

In connection with job applications via videoscreening.net, it is not allowed to type or upload personally sensitive data with relation to i.e. religion, race, political conditions, sexual orientation, trade union conditions or medical reports.

Your application can only be viewed by the company receiving your application and by the employees at SEEKNSPEAK A/S with a professional role connected to the recruiting proces.

You can always delete an application so as to make it no longer visible for the company.

Thus, SEEKNSPEAK A/S store the following data until the user chooses to delete it: Data connected to a profile: Email, name, phone number (optionally), password.

Data connected to an application: The material that a user has uploaded as parts of an application or more applications. This might be video material, CV(s) and/or examples on previous work.

6 months after the expiry of a job post’s deadline, SEEKNSPEAK A/S defeats all applications. If the hiring company wishes to have applications transferred to their platform, this will be complied.

The same counts for the videos or other materials that might have been uploaded in connection with a video screening.

Video archive:
A video archive is attached to your personal user profile. Here, video applications and other video materials that you have used in connection with your application(s) are stored.

You are always allowed to delete those videos.

Receipts:
When one uses our platform and perhaps applies for a job, there is a list of optional service receipts. These are emails that we send you to i.e. tell that “you application is now registered”. You can decide to not receive these service receipts.

Notifications on inspiration:
You might receive notifications on your activity at videoscreening.net that we find relevant for you. This can i.e be job posts similar to other posts that you have earlier on shown interest in, or it can be a new job post from a company that you have given

a “like”.
These notifications can be turned off.

Newsletters:
At SEEKNSPEAK A/S, we send newsletters to our users on a regular basis. If you wish to receive these, you must actively choose this through a box ticking.

Where do we store your data?
When SEEKNSPEAK A/S is the data controller the data is stored in our systems at SEEKNSPEAK A/S, Ravnsborg Tværgade 5D, 2. TV, 2200 Copenhagen N. CVR: 38168614

We use Amazon’s servers, situated in Dublin and Frankfurt, for the storage of data.

Statistics:
Anonymized data is gathered on your use of SEEKNSPEAK A/S services. This gathering is done only for the purpose of statistical measurements, and to improve our services. The data can not be ascribed to you.

Data safety:
You can trust us when we say that we protect your data. Our goal is to offer you as our user a service which is safe and risk-free. We do our best to maintain the best data safety.

We use methods as i.e. encryption (SSL), firewalls, illegal system intrusion registrating-software and manual safety procedures in order to protect your personal data’s preciseness and safety, and to prevent non-authorized admission or incorrect use from a third party.

Insight into your data:
You are entitled to get information on the personal data that we have on you, where they come from and how we use them. You too are entitled to get informed of how long we keep your personal data, and of who we might share it with.

This admission can be limited for the purpose of the protection of others’ privacy, business secrets and immaterial rights.

If the information that we have on you are incorrect, you can have them corrected. In case you want something in your data corrected, please contact us and let us know what needs correction, and how you want it corrected. In some cases, we will be obliged to delete your personal data. This could be in the case of your withdraw of your agreement. If you are of the impression that your personal data has lost the relevance that it had when you gave it to us, you might have it deleted. You are also welcome to contact us if you are of the impression that your data is being treated against the law or other legal obligations.

In the case that you have a request of deletion or correction of personal data, we will check if the required conditions are met. If they are, we will carry through the requested corrections or the deletion as fast as possible.

You also are in your right to object agains our processing of your personal data. Onto this, you can object to our passing of the data for marketing purposes.
